Using the service
You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Independent career guidance
ATSRank AI provides estimates and writing assistance based on information you supply. It does not operate an employer’s applicant tracking system, know private recruiter settings, or make hiring decisions.
No outcome guarantee
A score or generated draft does not guarantee an interview, shortlist, offer, or other outcome. Review every output before use and make sure each claim in your application is truthful, accurate, and yours to share.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, automate excessive requests, or use generated content to deceive an employer.
Plans and billing
The Free plan costs £0. Pro costs £5.99 per month or £28.75 per year, which reflects a 60% discount against twelve monthly payments. Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You will see and approve the price and renewal terms before any payment is taken.
Your content and our service
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give ATSRank AI the limited permission needed to process and store that content to operate the service. The ATSRank AI brand, interface, scoring logic, and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Availability and account action
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may restrict accounts that breach these terms or threaten other users or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion at privacy@atsrank.cloud.
Liability and governing law
The service is provided with reasonable care, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
