How ATSRank AI handles account, workspace, and resume information.
Who controls your information
ATSRank AI is the data controller for this service. Privacy questions and data rights requests can be sent to privacy@atsrank.cloud.
Information we process
We process your email address, authentication records, and the workspace content you choose to save, including scan summaries, resume-builder drafts, writing drafts, and job applications. Hosting and security providers may also process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error information.
Resume file processing
Uploaded PDF, DOCX, and text resume files are parsed on your device. ATSRank AI does not intentionally store the original resume file in its database. If you are signed in, the resulting analysis summary can be saved to your account.
Why we process it
We use account and workspace information to provide the service under our contract with you. We use limited technical and security information for our legitimate interests in protecting, maintaining, and improving the service. We will request consent before sending optional marketing messages.
Service providers and transfers
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Vercel provides website hosting and delivery. These providers may process data in locations outside the United Kingdom under their contractual transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Workspace content is kept while your account remains active or until you delete it. You can remove individual items inside the service. To request full account deletion, email privacy@atsrank.cloud from your account address. Limited records may be retained where required for security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or provider backup cycles.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, export, or object to the processing of your personal information. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like help exercising a right.
Security and changes
Accounts use Supabase authentication and database row-level security. No internet service can promise absolute security, so use a unique password and protect access to your email. We will update this notice when our data practices materially change and show a new effective date.
